I personally have 2. I'm a Miami Hurricane fan but my 2 choices are...

Mike Williams of USC (hometown guy) and to think the Gators would have had him but they this guy to play TE.

Larry Fitzgerald of Pitt. I like this guys hands. He has great concentration on the ball when its up in the air. He's like a 6'5 forward going up for an ally oop against a 5'5 guard.

Id have to say Karlos Dansby of Auburn. I know he plays at Auburn, but the guy is a freak!
