Ok....

I love this game, and have defended it in almost every thread, but there are certainly some things that are just weird.

Lets talk injuries. Lets talk injuries on the road. Lets talk injuries when you Sim a Game. Lets talk injuries to star impact and created players.

I am in season 6 with North Dakota, I have taken them from a 1* star program to now a 4* program, and have started my season undefeated. In my last 3 games, I have seen injuries to my best receiver (out for the season), my best defensive lineman (out for 6 weeks) and my star running back (out for 5 weeks). 2 of these happened in road games and 1 happened when I simmed a week because I didnt want to play a boring opponent. Now all 3 of those players have an over 90 rating in injuries, and the one who is out for the season is a 99, in injury?

I think this is a bit absurd. What fun is the game if your star players who are the most fun to use are getting injured all the time. In my other dynasty where I have taken a 4* sunbelt team and made them a contender, I created a running back, he is in his second season again a 99 injury rating, and he missed 8 games last season and is already injured for 6 games this season.

Is this a bug, or just EA's way to level the playing field??

Seems like your team caught the injury bug....But dont think it is a bug in the game

Nah I have been dealing with major injuries to my best players since season 1, I just was patient enough to not say anything about it.

In one particular game this season I was taking on number 8 Tex A & M. In this game I lost my best Wide Receiver for the year, I lost my starting QB for the game, my back up QB for half of the game, and my 3rd string QB for the 4th quarter, I ended the game with a HB playing QB. Not only that but I lost my starting tailback for half the game and the fullback was hurt 3 times, though not longer then a series ever.

Because my defense is very tough I was able to win the game, but come on, there is the injury bug, and ridiculousness. Which does this seem like to you?

^ Sounds like you need a better offensive line. Kidding. Yeah, it seems that only my star players get hurt. But, they are never out longer than a week or a couple plays. Injuries just haven't been a huge problem for me.

By the way welcome back from vacation, hope it was restful.

Hope my string of bad luck with injuries ends soon then, before my players graduate, so I can actually use them.
