i'd say it's a safe bet that if we don't get it today we probably won't be getting it until after the firmware update slated for tuesday which will be total BS

For a company trying to undercut 360 you would think that speedy customer service would be a top priority. Hey I love my PS3 but give 360 a hand... they are almost always first out for their patches and downloads.

360 also has a very poorly made product and absolutely has to have these little things done quickly as well as customer service. maybe sony is just taking longer in their quality assurance, something i wish i saw on EA and Microsoft products.

just to make it clear as im sure someone will claim me to be some ps3 fanboy. i bought a 360 when it launched, when it failed the first time, i bought a ps3. after the second failure, it just collects dust now as i have traded in all my games for it.

Let's not turn this thread into a "fan boy" thread. I've seen Sony release things before MS and I've seen MS release things before Sony. EA has no control over these things. So, let's not try to get off topic.
