I have seen some high recruits, most of which come in the off-season, but I've never seen any in the 90's. 88 would be the highest.

I got a 6'5 300lb DT that was 88 havent looked into his ratings but the man can tear through the o-line.

I had a 6'4" 3* WR come in as an 81 ovr with 95 spd. It was my third year with Tulsa, so he was a HUGE get.

Yeah, most of the one's I get are around 75-81, but this guy was just different I guess. It was odd. Then, I redshirted him and he gained 11 points in the offseason. So as a redshirt-freshman he was 98 OVR.
