I just switched internet providers and now when I try to change my internet settings it can't obtain the IP address!

Sorry this has nothing to do with the game but I've been trying and searching the internet for hours and can't find a solution anywhere.

I just got the game and now I can't get the new rosters!

need more info. 360 or PS3(guessing PS3)? using a router or connecting straight to modem? ISP is cable, DSL, FiOS, some other connection?

PS3. Wireless, using a router I think (sorry I'm not much of a tech guy). And Comcast Cable.
