So UGA should be in the top 3 because of last year even though everyone else is ranked according to where they are projected THIS year...

repeat after me, UGA does not need a video game to validate their great season.

no they don't - but its a video game and seeing them in the top 3 would be nice. Almost as nice as not seeing UF and UT in the top 10

Man, UGA gets no respect. I know they won't finish #3 this year due to all off the field troubles and losing their line.. but they did finish #3 last year and at the end of the season, I don't think you can argue anyone in the nation was playing better ball than they were.

Dude, USC was playing about 10 times better than Georgia was...SEC=most overrated conference anyway. People care more about the stadiums the teams play in then the teams themselves. I am not a GEORGIA ***** (not a lover either) but I dunno about them this year...same with Auburn but I also havent really read into those teams.

Auburn will be a really good team and I'm looking forward to going to our game against them.

Georgia on the other hand will have anywhere from 3-5 losses when they come visit us for a good waxing in late November.

DeAngelo Hall is only represented as a cornerback.

only? does that mean there are some players that are represented in more than one position? or maybe i read too much into it

That’s the way the ratings are listed…but I agree

I bet a million dollars that offense and defense are switched. I’m sure OU’s D will be an A in the game and Auburn’s Defense will be much better than a “B” rating, so the B+ fits (they deserve an “A” though).

On a side note…Miami lost Andre Johnson, Willis McGahee, Ken Dorsey, and key starters on the O line…and yet they are still an A- on offense. Oooooooooookay…..I guess Kellen Winslow, Brock Berlin, and Frank Gore are rated ridiculously then.

Rankings (Overall, Defense, Offense, Special Teams)]
#2 Oklahoma (A-, B+, A, B+)

Are you sure these are the correct order?
Giving the best defense in America a B+ and their questionable offense an A?

Something has to be mixed up there.. Maybe they have offense and defense backwards?

That's what I was talking about BD. The defense only lost Woolfolk and WIlkerson, while the offense loses Hybl, 3 of the top receivers (Trent Smith, Fagan and Savage), and Griffin who contributed in more ways than most people are aware.

I bet the guys who got this info from E3 got the rankings backwards...
