How can I make guys want to transfer to my school?

problem with transfers just like irl is they have to sitt out a year before they can play. For thay reason I usually don't accept transfers unless I know for sure they will be able to help me the first year they are eligible.

Since the transfer feature has been in I have only had one player transfer to my school. It was a cupcake teambuilder team in year two (3 stars). I only had 68 players on the roster and I lost both my starting DE's so he was definitely going to be a starter. Other than that I think it is totatlly random. I have had plenty of players transfer due to lack of playing time or a broken promise and it is usually to a school with lesser prestige.

Usually when I offer them guns, drugs, and the Lane Kiffin's wife and Erin Andrews bootleg video, they transfer over like wildfire....
