I still have no clue how to do this? I have read something like hold L1 and press up for pass and down for run but all that does it shift the line. How do I do it correctly?

the run/pass commit is done pre-snap now, so before the snap hold LT(360) or L2(PS3) then on the right thumb stick, up for pass, left for run left, down for run middle, right for run right.

If you use pass commit will it make the DL ignore play action and just rush the QB? Is there anyway to have all your players just ignore play action? If there isn't, there should be if that is what you choose to do.
