I dont see why it wouldnt change because program prestige goes up or down depending on the seasons you have.

In previous versions your coach prestige went up when you're program prestige went up.

The only time I could recall my coach prestige going down was when I got put on probation, which isn't in the game anymore I don't think, or if I left for another school before my contract was up.

My school gained prestige, but my coach prestige hasn't gone up...

I have seen my coach prestige go up after my team's prestige went up. I have also seem my coach prestige go down, even though my team's prestige went up - never did quite figure that one out. And I have also seen no changes despite my team having a very good year.

Coach experience is also tied into your team's success, rather than the number of years coached and may or may not change after a good season. I think there is some method to this madness, but I also think the coach's ratings going up or dropping down is a random occurance.

I think prestige might tie into your ratio of promises to amount of said promises keep......I don't know it's just a theory. Last year they had an integrity bar based on that and it allowed you to make more promises, this year I don't see that kind of thing anywhere.

i played with stanford specifically to see if the coaching ratings would go up (had them win at least 10 games in each of the 3 seasons for testing purposes) and the rating (experience, coach prestige) went up after 3 seasons. i havent seen it change after 1 year in any of my franchises but if you win a natl. championship in yr 2 (at least based on my experiences), the coach ratings go up
