Maybe i made this up or misread...but did i read somewhere that after a few good seasons...other schools would offer you a contract? is that wishful thinking? say i take baylor to 3 winning seasons and my contract is up...a bigger school would offer me a contract or i could renew with baylor? Maybe thats in madden or maybe i just made it up?

I read it as though you can be offered jobs even while under contract, so it won't be every 3 years.

Yeah, if they made it that teams will offer you a contract while you are still under contract I will be impressed. That would be a nice feature.
