PS3 Online Dynasty Offseason Recruiting Problem

I am in the first season of our online dynsasty for the PS3. There 4 of us that are in dynasty and are all playing from separate consoles.

The problem is that we are in the offseason and we have all finished our recruiting time for the first week. The Dynasty Headquarters shows all of us ready to advance and 0 hours left of recruit time. When I (the commish) clicks on the "advance to week 2" button on the recruiting screen it notifies me that one or more users has not used all of their telephone time. I tell it to advance anyways since every shows 0 hours.

The game takes me to the dynasty headquarters screen immediately after telling to advance and it shows all still in week 1 with all of us ready to advance and 0 hours left. How do I get it to advance to week 2? Have tried multiple times and logged on and off and had users do the same and it's still all the same.

This is getting extremely frustrating, anything I am missing here? This is my first online dynasty this year so maybe I am missing something.

There is the option to advance to the next part of the offseason in the dynasty headquarters screen but I am afraid that will take me to position changes option and sim the last 4 weeks of recruiting.

you can advance it from the Dynasty HQ screen.

you can save a back-up copy of the OD just incase it messes up. go to dynasty set-up and save as offline dynasty. if it skips or messes up some other way you can retire the messed up OD, then upload the saved back-up and try again.

Ok, i can try that... but have you seen this happen before?

Do you think there is an issue with the users saving the online dynasty? Not sure if that would make a difference.

My hope is that someone has experienced this before or really hoping I am just an idiot and missing something really simple.

I think the only way to advance the recruiting weeks in online dynasty is by doing it from the OD HQ. that is the way I do it.

Thank you Solidice, I will try this as soon as their is a commercial break in rockies-phillies game.

I was just terrified that this would sim all of recruiting and take me to position changes. But I will save as offline and try the advance through OD HQ.

would have tried it earlier but a buddy was commish for a league I was in and he simmed everything and thought it was from going through OD HQ menu but he couldn't remember.
