Sometimes after we advance the week some of the users are saying it's not advancing for them and are stuck on last week.

Anyone know what to do to get passed this?

if they are saving the OD file onto their hard drive, have them delete it. then have them never to save it again and it'll avoid this issue in the future.

if they are not saving it to their hard drive, you'll likely have to remove them from the OD, then re-add them back and it should work. but I'm pretty sure it's an issue dealing with the saved OD file on their hard drive.
