Can you get invited to a new conference after you accept an offer to go to a conference after a year?

Example

I started in Sun Belt

I get invited to Mountain West Conference.

Can I get invited into the Big 12 after this? Or am I stuck with MWC for the rest of my career with this team?

Was this hypothetical or did you really get into the Mountain West from the Sun Belt? Besides North Texas, I really dont see who makes sense geographically.

Are the conference logos on-field still messed up? In past versions, whenever you moved conferences, the old conference logos would still show up on the field in games.

the field art doesn't change when changing conferences.
