That is the mcgahee face mask but it looks like a dark visor just getting lit the right way to make it looked mirrored...sometimes in last years the dark visors looked mirrored

Uh, I thought that was what the recruiting part of dynasty was about. Recruting athletes out of HS. Or am I missing something?

He means "athletes" in terms of players who don't have a specific position. Like a guy who was good at RB, WR, and CB in high school. He could be seen as an athlete and you could plug him in wherever you needed him and there wouldn't be a big fall off in any of his ratings.
