Formation subs are a huge part of football, especially at the college level when you have so many guys that you want to see the field. I always have used different DL rotations in my 3 man fronts, 4-3 base sets, and nickel packages. If I have the talent I like a trio of RB combinations with a power back, balanced back, and a shotgun/spread formation back (usually a 3rd down formation). If I build a dynasty that rakes in big time WR's i want lots of different combinations of players in my 2WR sets.

It's a simple solution, just make formation subs so they work offline only or for online only in online dynasty (where a commish can field complaints).

As for moving devs talk to the contributors only forum and the contributors being immature, yes they can be, but nothing like noobs that come here without any reputation, time or money invested in OS. The proof is that all you have to do is go into the supporters forum and you can clearly see a huge difference in tone compared to the regular forums.

Formation subs are definitely needed for Special Teams. No need to have starters on KO or KR teams if you can't afford to lose them to injury.

Also, depth charts need to be changed so they match the scheme you are using. If someone runs a 4-2-5 they should only have one OLB in the DC and should have a FS, SS, and some other S in the DC. These are just examples.

There are too many recruits in the recruiting pool/database. The CPU should recruit to fill needs, not sign 25 a year when they only need 18 unless it is to replace a walk-on. Therefore we only need about 20 X 120 - some so we need roughly 2000-2200 recruits. That means less 5* and less 4* recruits.
