Transfer?!

So I have a freshman running back who I gave the ball to quite a bit (second on depth chart)...and yet he wants to transfer to Central Michigan!! And he's even from my teams state! I have reloaded the dynasty several times and can never talk him into staying...EA I understand that some players just want to leave but what is this random WTF stuff?

Is there ANYWAY I can get him to stay?????
Like I'm so ticked I may restart the dynasty...the only reason I chose this team over others was to run with him in a few years

Are you spending all 65 mins on him every time? If so the only other thing to do is "coaching seminar"... hahahahaha.

yeah I am....whats a coaching seminar? and my school is Iowa...he wants to go to Central Michigan....the kid is a western Iowa kid too! so it's like come on EA...this isn't even a realistic "home-sick" transfer.

WOW I just found out what this whole "coaching seminar" thing is! EA can take a hike! honestly they make it so one of your players leaves and refuses to stay....unless you pay extra for their "accelerator" which may or may not work. $%^# off EA Sports...honestly the last game I buy. Don't try to nickel and dime us! I've bought every madden and NCAA since 02. wow.

Yeah man that does suck I've never had a guy leave that I couldn't talk back into staying.

Just a tip on the transfer thing if you restart the dynasty, either move him to number 1 on the depth chart and make him your primary ball carrier or redshirt him. I've seen a pattern where there are less likely to transfer if redshirted. It's not guaranteed but it decreases the chances of wanting to transfer because of the transfer rules that say they'll need to sit out a year if they transfer to another FBS school. With the redshirt he already sat out a year so he is less likely to want to do so a second time. Try these things by simming a new dynasty first and let us know how it works out.

Yeah, honestly, redshirt Wegher the first year. I know it isn't what happened in real life, but it works. The roster I started with in an OD had Hampton, Brinson, Wegher and O'Meara. I redshirted Wegher, and depth chart was Hampton/Brinson/O'Meara/Morse for the first year, and Wegher was third the second year, after which Hampton left after winning the Walker. By his RS SO year, Wegher was starting, Brinson was still backing up (although an awesome change of pace guy) and Robinson was not there because the original roster did not have him.
