"There is no replay available for this play"

After a game, I always go to make a few highlights. Well, recently I've noticed that some plays give the following message:

"There is no replay available for this play"

Can anyone explain why I might see this? I thought all replays were available post-game until you quit to the main menu? What gives?

I've noticed that when you challenge a play you can no longer access it. Might be the problem. If you're not challenging them then I wouldn't know.

I know what you mean, but this is AFTER a game when you can view ALL replays from a game. On numerous plays it gives me that message.

Maybe this (I never noticed), and if the play wasn't given a high enough grade to make the cut. There is only so many plays per game that are kept. For some reason kick returns for touchdowns are not given a high enough grade to make the cut, ever (for me anyway).

I didn't realize not ALL plays were saved to view! Do you know how many are actually saved post-game to look at? Amazingly enough I must have only been clicking on plays they happened to save for the past 6 months to make highlights.

No idea how many are saved. Yeah, you should be wanting to make highlights outta the ones they save cause they're supposed to be the best plays. But apparently kick returns aren't that special?

If you are talking about saving highlights, I have come to notice not all B grades and above are replays. Anything below B isn't saved.

if there was a challenge or penalty on the play, I don't think you can view the replay. other than that, I don't know. I haven't seen that message that often.
