Re: Interceptions to easy?

It would be nice if more passes were under/over thrown or knocked down because now the only things that happen on pass plays are drops or catches which isnt realistic

This is a slider issue. In my dynasties (both offline and online) in NCAA '10 I have a lot of over/under/sideways thrown balls. I definitely have more balls that hit noone than I have that hit the defenders (either to be dropped or picked off).

Re: Interceptions to easy?

LBs get too many INTs because of the lack of ball trajectory. It's either a bullet or a lob. The touch pass over the LBs and in front of the safeties is really needed.

Well locomotion has nothing to do with ints!!! Ints have more to do with ratings. I think they need to work on ratings more to make it work better.

Re: Interceptions to easy?

^but locomotion does impact how players get themselves into position to make an interception or catch

Re: Interceptions to easy?

The problem is that CPUs reads are ALWAYS the same.

You can have all of the ball trajectory, locomotion, or program more dropped INTS all you want, and it wont matter until this is changed.

They look middle first, flats second, long last all of the time, everytime..

The CPU QB doesnt think like a QB: Reading the coverage, where the defense is positioned, down/distance, and they dont read long/intermediate/check down/hot read.

That's why you can turn any robber coverage safety or MLB into a god.

Yeah, the AI really needs improvement. The CB's can run the WR's route perfectly. They can make quicker cuts than the WR as if they know their route, and turn around on the dime for the catch as if they have eyes in the back of their head.
