Big10 Expansion/Custom Conferences

I was watching College Gameday and they're getting me to think that some how in some way there will be some kind of conference shift, whether its just the Big10 or not.

Relating this to the game, they say it can happen as early as May. What if it does happen but, after the game goes gold? We absolutely need complete control over custom conferences.

Yes. They also mentioned Boise State to the Pac-10, um Missouri to the Big-10 I think and TCU to the Big 12. Thats all I know right now

While there are multiple conferences looking to expand...this won't actually happen for a couple years.


Back when Miami and Virginia Tech went to the ACC, it took 2 years.

Boise State will never join the Pac-10 due to them not being a research university.

I don't believe they vote on this stuff till it would be too late for them to move conferences by this year anyway. Not sure though.

No matter what decision is made about the future of the Big10, Big East, etc; the changes wouldn't go into affect for a few years and thus would have no affect on NCAA11.

That being said, I'm still all for custom conferences/new conferences.
