Just heard from someone who has seen both (at length) and if you liked the 2K Sports football series, you will definitely be in for a pleasant surprise in this year's NCAA. Sorry for not giving more details but I don't want to throw the guy under the bus.

I for one hope so. It's early, but So far Ncaa 11 has made Madden 11 look meh. As It should to me considering I see vollege football waay more entertaining than the Pros. I'm only 21 so I have only been buying video games for 5 or so years but Madden's 10 was the 1st time I'd ever purchased a madden game. I love playing the Ncaa series my entire gaming career until Madden 10 killed my love for Ncaa as I shelved it quickly after seeing the Madden online franchise, yea there's an app for that commercial haha.

NCAA looks more promising than Madden 11 at this point, but not as much features have been revealed for Madden yet. We'll wait and see what happens.

I know its early but so far, I'm WAYYYYY more interested in NCAA than Madden.

I think both NCAA/MADDEN will both make huge strides this year. IMO Madden will end up with the better gameplay (remember Madden is about a month to a month and a half behind NCAA in terms of development) Maddens graphics guy Michael Young said they have not even imported the new lighting model into Madden 11 yet.

With that said I am getting the feeling that Madden will not get real broadcast presentation this year. So NCAA should have the better presentation considering they have the nice ESPN broadcast presentation.

I think the deciding factor will be which one has the better Dynasty/Franchise mode. Both have been pretty quiet in terms to those modes and currently NCAA's dynasty mode is well ahead of Maddens bare bones franchise mode. However, Madden has the blue print for a great franchise mode with NFL Head Coach and the designer of that game is now in charge of franchise mode for Madden so it should be interesting to see how much he can port over..
