Brent Musburger isn't my favorite choice but I would still love to have in the game as part of another announcing crew. However, if that were to ever happen, he would have to switch places with Nessler to call the week's biggest games with Kirk on ABC/ESPN presentation. Nessler would be part of the new ESPN or ESPN2 announcing team that would call lesser known televised games. In that situation, he would be paired with Todd Blackledge, who I like. It would be cool to have Todd's taste of the Town too.
Of course, there are other stellar announcing crews should EA not add Musburger:
CBS- Verne Lundquist and Gary Danielson - In my opinion, the best.
ABC or ESPN Saturday Afternoon- Ron Franklin and Ed Cunningham - Hearing Ron Franklin reminds me of Primetime SEC games
ESPN2 College Football Primetime (Saturday)- Mark Jones and Bob Davie - pretty underrated, very informative, and great accents
SEC Network (ESPN Regional Television syndicated games)- Dave Neal and Andre Ware - great announcing team, but people outside of the SEC are probably not familiar with them
