1. Kellen Moore- Boise St.
2. Ryan Mallett- Arkansas
3. Jake Locker- Washington
4. Case Keenum- Houston
5. Terrelle Pryor- Ohio St
6. Andrew Luck- Stanford
7. Jerrod Johnson- Texas A&M
8. Greg McElroy- Alabama
9. Josh Nesbitt- Ga.Tech
10. Christian Ponder- Fla.St.
11. Blaine Gabbert- Missouri
12. Andy Dalton- TCU
13. Colin Kaepernick- Nevada
14. Tyrod Taylor- Va. Tech
15. Landry Jones- Oklahoma
16. Russell Wilson- NC State
17. Robert Griffin- Baylor
18. Jacory Harris- Miami
19. Ricky Dobbs- Navy
20. Scott Tolzien- Wisconsin
21. Matt Barkley- USC
22. Ricky Stanzi- Iowa
23. Nick Foles- Arizona
24. Tom Savage- Rutgers
25. Zach Collaros- Cincinnati

What do you guys think? Who should be added or eliminated? Who will be rated highest in NCAA?

Haha. Couldnt have said it better my self. Im not just saying this because I am a Michigan fan. Pryor is far and away the most overrated QB in college football. He has speed. Thats it. His passing ability is just plain terrible. And he pretty much single handedly lost the Purdue game for O$U.

As for Ricky Stanzi, I have to agree with you, why in the world is he on that list?

Robert GRiffen will rise above all on that list and will be the next best thing in the sport. I feel like last year was our year to be bowl bound, But its this year with a healthy Griffen we will own the Big 12...

Alright, lets be real here. Its highly doubtful Baylor will own the Big 12 this year. Yes, Robert Griffen is good and yes, he will win games for you. But, come on. Step away from the kool-aid.

Kellen Moore SUCKS. Yup, you heard it. His stats are padded against little WAC cupcakes. The only 2 decent teams Boise played, Moore had trouble ( but did win the game ). Put any average QB with Boise's schedule and hype is guaranteed.
On the flip side, Keenum should be #1. Yes, the C-USA sucks.. but at least Keenum, with a less talented team unlike Moore, performed well in upsets over Tech and Ok.ST. Let's just hope he dosen't have that 6 pick day against AFU next year..

Didn't they say they were spreading out the ratings and you wont see as many top players? If so, I only see about 6 or 7 90overalls on this list.

Lol, Pryor and Taylor are not faster than Nesbitt. Griffin is the only one I can see beating Nesbitt in a footrace. And ease up on Moore's awareness. Holy crap. You haveLandry Jones and Blaine Gabbert too high overall-wise. Bump up Ponder's speed. And I'd even go out on a limb and say you have Andrew Luck rated to high. I don't see him getting out of the 80s. But then again, you probably did these without realizing that potential is important this year. That being said, all of your ratings are probably too high. Thanks for playing.
