nope, i'd bet everything i own on it...same goes for the 360...neither of the consoles will see a 1080p NCAA Football or Madden this generation...

its more to do with the capability of the consoles than anything else...the PS3 and 360 are simply not powerful enough to do most games in 1080p...

on the back of the 360 box, it has 1080p listed. in fact, most 360 games are in 1080p.

The 360 scales games to 1080P the majority of them aren't native 1080P.

I just got a PS3 (primarily for The Show) and am in the same boat about choosing which version to get. I'm going to download the demos for both versions next week and see which one I like better.

I'm on my 3rd factory refurbished 360 and for the last couple of months it's been acting up. I think it's on it's last legs. If it wasn't for CH2K8, I would've traded it in.

As a primarily offline player, the main drawback to the PS3 is that the 360 rosters seem to come out faster due to the larger user base. The main advantage for the PS3 is that it's new and not acting like it's about to die like my 360 is.

I'll probably go PS3 unless there's a night and day difference in the demos.

Hello you can play it in 1080p of course if you have a 1080p tv and if you change the resolution on the ps3 to just 1080p. It's in the display settings where you choose custom and uncheck everything except 1080p.

I was wondering the same thing about the differnces, if any, between the PS3 & 360 versions of the game. I have both systems but I've always picked up the 360 version. I'll just do what one poster said and download both, I'm pretty sure they are identical. That and the PS3 version has better of the two ugly Tebow covers.
