Offline dynasty coaching question.

I know on previous versions of ncaa football, if you were a 5 star coach you could pick from any school you wanted pretty much even if that school happened to be 11-1 or 10-2 and in real life probably would not fire their head coach.

I just wonder if the head coaching aspect of the game has received any updates such as making it harder to progress up the ranks to a top tier team? It just seems it would be more fun and challenging to really be pleasantly surprised when a team like BAMA or UF comes calling instead of knowing that you could become their head coach next season if you wanted to.

On a side note, I think the recruiting slider is going to level the playing field more and make head coaching a more in depth and lengthy process. (Hopefully the slider works as intended)
