NCAA 11 Demo: Why not available overseas?

I'm overseas as well and if you get a game at the Base Exchange then you are getting the U.S. release. I'm in the military also so I know. Doesn't matter, as long as you have the chance to get it.

Right, the bases are considered US locations, so they get it. But being in the military you should also know you can't just walk right on to the base, so non-Americans with no ties to the base are pretty much screwed(I know, been a military BRAT all my life) The overseas issue is for those who aren't American, and have a harder time obtaining the game.

It's reasons like this that I thank the good Lord for having 3 or 4 American teammates in my football team. If I want anything off an American site they just order it for me and avoid all the crazy taxes, as well as being able to get NCAA Football

As I stated on this first page, I sorted this out by creating a new PSN ID living in America.

If I were to purchase games or add-ons, I would need a current USA address right? I am stuck in that respect BUT I can get the demos that I've forever and a day missed out on.
