Progression in Dynasty

Has their been any talk yet about progression in dynasty mode. Like has it been changed or anything.

I'm thinking speed ratings are so low this year because as the dynasty progresses players speed also progress. Like in Madden last year when rookies came into the game the attributes got better as they played more in the game.

Speeds are lower because they stretched out the ratings more, and acceleration has much more of an impact now.

Also I think the biggest question I have is if anyone knows if incoming recruits ratings will reflect how the roster on the game are. I dont want teams bringing in 3-Star QB rated at a 71 and taking over for a 68 SR QB for a mid-level team.

I am immensely pumped for this game but if dynasty progression results in rosters like default Alabama or Ohio St It's gonna ruin the entire game for me.
