You can just send the invites out to a few people and you will automatically get the pro combat uniforms for the 3 additional teams.

Not even a few people. You only have to send one invite to get all 3 unis.

Huh? If you choose "share the demo" and then pick one name on the list it shows a popup that says "you've unlocked the other three PC uniforms".. Why would you keep doing it?

They don't even have to read the message. The uniforms unlock as soon as you send it.

I thought they had to download it at the time. So I sent it to as many people as needed and then when it popped up I had realized that they do not have to download it

I pressed on one of my friends names, saw the message that was going to be sent, but decided to back out because I knew that guy didn't really read his messages. When I backed out, it said "You've unlocked the pro combat uniforms."

I never even sent the message.
