As far as systems go I own both and think the PS3 is cooler then the xbox although xbox has much quicker downloads...as far as the game goes there seems to me to be a slightly different feel between the two to me, the ps3 seems more open where the xbox seems more structured while your running but neither one to me seems better then the other just a different feel really

the ps3 demo did get choppy in between some plays though while the xbox was much smoother between plays, probably just a demo thing though
