5 reasons why arkansas should be 4* +.

1. The SEC.
2. Pro potential.
3. Fan base.
4. TV exposure.
5. Ancient history.

Fan Base, TV exposure, academics and ancient history are what keep Notre Dame at 6. Academics, program instability, and the SEC are what make Miami a 5*.

Is conference prestige going to be dynamic with custom conferences?
