EASHL/OTP
-Puck control down decreased (still higher than pre-V1.03)
-Acceleration decreased
-Top skating speed increased
-Pass error decreased
-Pass speed increased

Versus
-Acceleration decreased slightly
-Puck control decreased (still higher than pre-V1.03)
-Deflections increased (same as EASHL/OTP now)

Offline (V1.03 only)
-Screen effect increased
-Range of acceleration slider increased. The lowest value is 25% lower than before the highest is the same.

The patches kept screwing up the sliders
In NHL 10 one of the options in the options menu is "Tuner Set", you pick which one you want to use (ie 1.00, 1.01, 1.02, etc). So if you develope a set of sliders you think works perfectly you don't have to use any new Tuners they release, but if you do use the new tuner you will probably have to adjust your sliders accordingly.

Re: NCAA Tuner Sets and Game Speed Level being added

I am pretty sure that they have been confirmed.

Also, Playmaker, you will need to tweak your sliders after each adjustment made by the devs.

An example would be every one is complaining that the cpu qb is not taking sacks. To compensate for this, you turn your pass blocking slider down. The devs then release a tuner set that makes the time that the cpu can get rid of the ball shorter. You would then have to find a new value for the pass block slider.

Hope that makes sense.

Like on NHL, to begin with a lot of people nerfed the cpu goalie in the begining because they could block every clean shot on the goal, but then they released a tuner set to fix this and so then you had to adjust your goalie sliders because if you left them the way they were he couldn't stop a beach ball.

Thanks for posting this man........

That list gives me a better idea of what potential things could be adjusted for NCAA 11 after release.

This means EA could potentially set a tuner to adjust things like INT frequency, Passing Speed and RB Logic

I think that list definetly gives us a glimpse of what the potential of this game could present if they apply that feature right. It'll be a pain in the azzzz to switch sliders but well worth it after 1-2 tuners are released.

Re: NCAA Tuner Sets and Game Speed Level being added

Where was it confirmed that tuner sets and gameplay speeds are in? A source would be great.

From the (little) research I did it appears that the claim that NCAA11 has tuner sets originated here on OS with this thread and it is now being spread to other forums.

Playmakers:

Where did you hear about tuner sets?

I believe it was reported by someone who attended E3 if i'm not mistaken

I sure hope it's true because it sounds like something that could really make the game play top notch

I also hope it's true but I cannot find a single source to confirm tuner sets--other than your original post.

If anyone has a source please post it here.
