NCAA 11 could potentially be the best NCAA EVER

Judging from the DEMO I agree that this will probably be the best NCAA ever. I'm not really sure what NCAA in the past was the best but the two versions i've played the most are NCAA 2004 and NCAA 2010.

I think its easily going to be the best Next Gen and it could end up being the best NCAA to date. If its not, I bet it will crack the top three.

It may just be. I remember playing NCAA 05/06 all the time. Then on next gen I played 07 a lot, but didn't get 08, then played 20 years of OD with 09, then played 10 an okay amount.

From the demo, it feels like the old NCAA's. I hope it really is the best.

I enjoyed the demo, plus EA is reported to have fixed tons of gameplay issues prior to retail release...I am excited for this one.

Nope. I remember NCAA '06 giving you an insane amount of defensive options. You could build a pretty nasty defense with a few adjustments.

Haven't got a chance to play the demo, but from watching and listening to the impressions of some trusted posters, the defense looks like it's hurting again this year.

I agree with this. I think it will be very good and I'm definitely excited for it, but the defensive options just aren't there. Give me 120 ways to play defense next year then we can talk about the best NCAA ever.

For you guys complaining about defense, real college football is slanted to be offensive oriented and the scores usually reflect that. I mean think about it, most college scores are 42-35 or 38-35 or somewhere in that range.

Now granted, maybe I'll agree with you when July 9th rolls around but for now I'm happy with how the game emulates the college game. A friend and I played quite a few games on Saturday and all three games felt much different in regards to offensive vs. defensive oriented.
