Exactly. I live in Texas. Midland Lee, Southlake-Carroll, Allen High's new stadium. We take that crap seriously.

Re: good highschool stadiums

My high school stadium in Austin Texas seated 16,500 and had a fully functional video replay board in HD. It is the 11th largest stadium in the state. There are three stadiums in the state that hold over 20,000 and two of those hold 22,000. That doesn't include a few that are currently being built. Here is a picture of my high school stadium.

Dragon Stadium where Southlake plays is actually relatively small. It only holds 9000. Midland Lee holds 15000 but is not a nice stadium. Allen ISD stadium is gonna be way legit though. Stands fully surrounding the field and holds about 18000 when finished. But yea we take our football seriously here.

Re: good highschool stadiums

May not interest you, but you can use Vandi's little dome stadium as well for small time teams.

I knew Texas took football seriously but I had no clue it was that big. lol

My HS stadium seats about 3-4k...and it is one of the bigger ones around with seats on both sides of the field.

Re: good highschool stadiums

I don't even think my high school's field held that many. It had stands with a little press box on one side and portable 5 row bleachers on the other. We had an enrollment of about 200
