After you sent it out it should have popped up saying that you unlocked the uniforms for in game for the three teams. Also you can double check when you get on the screen to pick what game you want to play it will say unlocked in the right hand corner.

Make sure you select the option to go online before playing any of your games or trying to share the demo. Otherwise, nothing will be unlocked
