The following post assumes you have internet access from your console.

There is a feature in the game called EA Locker where players can post, among other things, roster files. When a named roster file is completed, it will be posted to the creator's / creators' EA Locker / Lockers, from which you can download the rosters onto your console and use/edit them as you please.

If you go into the roster forum (above), you can follow the progress on the initial named roster file for the system of your choice. When it is done, you will surely know about it so long as you keep your eye on that forum.

Yes, you just enter the persons gamertag and download the roster.
