I heard that you have to buy the game new to receive Teambuilder slots
is there any truth in thaT?

That's how it was last year. I suspect this year it's no different.

Exactly, you buy the game and have your teambuilder inside the case along with the online code

So say i buy the game and i boot it up using my Eagles931 account....i wont get any more slots if i decide to switch and use my LightsOut_20 account?

I think the code is only good for one acount/gamertag. I don't have multiple accounts to test it out.
