Re: Formation subs?

Can you reset the formation subs after each game? Thats what i hated about madden, is once you formation subbed in a guy, he will always stay at that position, and it doesn't reset until the end of the year.

I am not looking to change PACKAGES, I am looking to manually sub people in/out at the same screen though, like Madden lets you. For example, instead of pausing on say... 3rd down, and taking my #1 WR and putting him at #3 to get him in the slot position for a mismatch, but then i'd have to pause the game, and reorder my depth chart. Madden allows you to hit R1 at the play selection screen, and you can go left/right to highlight your player, and then hit X, and a list of players appears to the left, and you can select who you want to put it. Simple, but very helpful. Am I still being too vague? I should of been more specific in the first post, sorry about that.

P.S.

This is my first year EVER buying NCAA, I am a little more football crazed then usual this year with the Jets making a HUGE push for a ring, so I had to go out a month early and buy NCAA to hold off my eagerness for Madden 11 lol. So im a rook to the "NCAA ways" lol.

I understand what you are saying... Didn't realize madden had that option in the game. I'm pretty sure this feature is not available in NCAA 11.

Does anyone know for sure if it is in the game? It would be great to be able to sub a tired or fatigued player for a fresh one without using the packages option or pausing the game.

not sure what you're referring to, but can't you just use the R-stick when you're in the playbook and sub in your backup HB, QB, etc?
