Just wondering i cant figure out if there is or isnt..

Probably because auto-sprint is on.

Go Settings > Game Controls > and turn auto-sprint off if you want to press R Trigger to sprint the old-fashioned way.

Yeah, turn off auto-sprint...the game plays much better that way.
