B12: Colo & Neb OUT, Ariz & ArizSt IN
BEC: USF OUT, PennSt IN
B10: PennSt OUT, Neb IN
CUSA: UCF & UTEP OUT, Duke & LaTech IN
MWC: Utah OUT, BSU IN
P10: Ariz & ASU OUT, Colo & Utah IN
SBC: N.Tx OUT, UCF IN
WAC: BSU & LT OUT, N.Tx & UTEP IN
This includes all the major moves, then a couple regional moves that I think make sense. Every team has an in-state rival in conference now (I believe). The only one I didn't touch was the SEC. The refs run that conference anyways, wouldn't want any team to get in and get their hopes up. HA!
