Question about recruiting board

alright when im in my dynasty i change prospects rankings around and say i make a kid my #1 target after i sim the week he is ranked somewhere else

Turn off recruting board assist. I made this mistake too and just figured it was a major screw up by EA.

I have a question about the recruiting board as well. Last night I was just trying to put 15 guys in the board so I can keep it small and just concentrate on them. Well..next thing I knew the CPU did something and filled up my board 35/35...ugh!

Was this also because I had recruiting assistance set to ON? Or am I missing something here?

Exactly. There are three CPU recruiting assists and they should all be set to OFF if you don't want the CPU involved at all.
