I've discovered that if you're rushing the QB and you press L1 right before you get to him, probably 70% of the time I get a sack.

I've had no real problem getting sacks on heisman settings. You got to mix it up some. One down try just bring a 4 man front pressure then second down bring a blitz. In 2 games I've played tonight on Heisman. I've got 3 sacks within those 2 games. 6 min quarters.

L1 is suppose to jump, to block a pass. But for whatever reason when you are rushing the QB, it closes the gap and gets the sack.

I'll have to try that L1 move...I've been trying AA and even Varsity, and it seems like my guys can get there, but the QB always gets rid of the ball at the last moment. Much like Madden 10. Pretty annoying.

i cant stand this problem. In 10, because the CPU would never take a sack, INT numbers went up, so now EA made it so all corner backs have stone hands and guys drop wide open ints. If EA would program cpus to just TAKE A SACK these wouldnt be problems.

I tend to get a good amount of sacks when i'm able to force the QB out of the pocket. I always play as a LB and make sure i'm covering open guys. If his guys are covered he tends to hold the ball and take the sack when forced outside.

im playin a 3-4 defense and i get sacks when i don't blitz. i have never gotten a sack when i blitzed for some reason...maybe 1 or 2 times but for the most part.... he always threw the ball away right b4 i got there. sometime INT, sometime incomplete, sometime complete.
I play on AA but it seem like their Oline hold pressure longer than mines. im finna adjust my AI and slide it all the way to 100 cause they be in my face while both of my reciever be jammed at the line still
