Does CPU recruit to their specific playstyle/playbook?

I tried the search function, but couldn't find the exact answer. I know this question has been asked around..

A few days ago, I remember reading one of the posts saying you have to change the setting in coaching or something to make CPU recruit to their playbook.

Anyone know the answer to this?

It doesn´t unfortunately ...

What you can do is later go in and change the playstyle of the team. So you can´t make a team recruit to their style, but you can change their playstyle based on their recruiting.

weak substitute, but best you can do.
