What are you all using for this setting? Heisman too crazy? Can it be changed later in dynasty mode?

I'm using AA in my Alabama dynasty, although I am considering upping it to Heisman. I'm in the 11th week of my first season I think, and I already have 13 commits. Among these are two of the top three players in the country, as well as 4 guys who are #1 at their position (WR, C, TE, & OLB).

I hope you can change the difficulty.
