you cant even notice them in real life unless the guy puts his gloves together and the game is up close on him. I'm all for realistic equipment and such but IMO something like eye black isn't a nitpicking gripe because its something you notice and most players wear it but the logo on the palm of the gloves is a nitpick because you will never even see it.
The only time you even see them in real life is when the camera gets on a guy close and he's doing this...
