I think I am going to start a thread titled:
People can't use the SEARCH function!
This topic has been discussed too many times to count. The problem is with the Season Showdown Servers on EA's end...they are in the process of fixing it, you can check out the most recent blog by EA about this.
I know in the past certain clients block or treat the emails like spam or junk depending on your account settings....check that first.
