I love the recruiting this year. I even had a player that I thought was a waste of time going after that pretty quickly signed with me. I was pleasantly surprised

That is like picking your place of employment because of its location rather than things like benefits, money, etc. I can definitely get it.

i had the opposite happen, I stole a recruit who was committed to another school

it was only a soft though but i came after him pretty hard and ended up with him

If you want to find one, set up a new dynasty, go to search for recruits, specify "Top 10 Schools" for commitment status. Now just go through and look at More Info, Top Schools, (Y on 360, Triangle on PS3) for all of the recruits that DO NOT have the green dot next to their name (the ones interested in you already). The diamond shows up next to the little picture of the player on the top left, but I'm pretty sure you have to go into More Info, Top Schools to see it.
