How do you change quarter time in RTG?

I remember last year I was able to change quarter lengths. Can you not do it in this years game?

As stated in multiple other threads...

You can't. It defaults to 5:00 due to the fact that any more and you'd start getting unrealistic numbers. The plays you are not in are simmed but only take a few seconds from play clock. If you would have a few minutes to the clock, lets say make it 8 minute quarters, you'd have 70-60 point games.

Please try and use the search function in the future. There have literally been 3-4 other threads asking the same thing.
