elite defense tackling

why must every tackle when i'm playing alabama or ohio state caliber defenses look like it's straight out of the WWE. i know these are extremely physical teams, but it's like i have a team of 12 year old girls out there. i'm playing with penn state and every damn tackle looks like the legendary quentin coryatt youtube tackle.

Re: elite defense tackling

This is off topic, but being a lifetime Aggie Football Fan, I couldn't let a mention of "The Hit" go without commenting.
I'll never forget watching Coryatt just level that reciever coming over the middle. I was 11 yrs old, it was a Thursday night game and my Dad let my older brother and I stay up late to watch the game (like any good father would). That was the night I became a football fanatic.

Re: elite defense tackling

I've noticed this, Elite teams must have big hits set to "aggressive" or something. I remember playing Florida in 10, every hit was a big hit, and by the end of the game half my offense had been injured, Even the kicker would put big hits on people.

Re: elite defense tackling

it would just be nice if big hits set on aggressive by the CPU resulted in any missed tackles.

i'm in the 3rd quarter vs ohio state right now and my rushing game is rolling, 26 carries for 104 yds (49 on 2 plays) with 0 broken tackles.
