How to raise Academic Prestige rating?

I'm baffled at how to do this. I thought it would be like in past NCAA games where you have to recruit players with decent AWR rating but seeing as 98% of decent players have a D or D- AWR rating, how am I supposed to get my Academic Prestige up?

you cant effect Academics because its random, if your playing as a teambuilder team just put it at A, that way it could randomly go up to A+ or drop down to B+(depending on how many seasons you do it may drop again or go back up)...

Campus Lifestyle never changes....and everything else is based on success of that program

Yeah, there are some C and I've even seen a few C+ players but they are far and few between. I guess you go after the C rated awareness players and hope for the best.
