Export team option? Or other options to use edited TB teams in exhibition?

Hey guys. This may be a stupid question but I just can't find the answer.

I created a TB team but couldn't find where to edit the player's gear in the game so I searched around and found that you can only edit them in dynasty mode. But is there an export option I'm missing so I can make my equipment edits and then export my TB team to use in exhibition?

Or any alternatives to achieve this?
