how do u set it up so that my defense rotates players more often. i know theres a way i forgot how tho.

Go to settings look for the strategy section. Then adjust the sub-in and sub-out numbers. This won't work as effective as just using formation subs.

What I like to do is change my 'sub in' and 'sub out' settings to players sub out when they are at a less pct than standard settings. I don't remember my exact numbers but I turned down my sub out a couple notches so my depth comes into play more. I like it that way a lot.
